Inviting applications for the role of  Buyer Administrator

Responsibilities

· PR process:

· Consolidation and submittal of copy of Purchase Orders to Customer

· Tracking of documents submitted for approval

· Sending regular notifications to Customer and Stakeholders about status of documents submitted, approved, rejected, etc

· Creation of PO in SAP / Oracle / Legacy ERP Systems

· Support in New Vendor Setups / Modifications

· Resolution of Disputed Invoices for Price / Quantity / GR related Blocks

· Provide Customer Service support to Requestors / End Users on Procurement Processes, Order Status etc.,

· Support PO Automation efforts

· Support improvement of Process Efficiencies

·   Vendor Management:

· Need to coordinate with different stakeholders and ensure closure of e2e process

· The resource is expected to assess the suppliers on various risk parameters using the web searches – google, D&B, etc

· Provide assistance to Procurement / suppliers users in completing the questionnaires launched to them

· Need to have all Job aids, standard email response templates, training guides & other assisting materials in place to support the queries from suppliers / Procurement users

· Create Good receipt and share acknowledgement of PO delivery copy to the supplier.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

· Communicative level of English

· Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge

· Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast

 

Preferred qualifications

· Work experience with and ERP system (advantage);

· Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;

· High motivation and willingness to learn

· Ability to work under time pressure
