Mission: Manage the beach and pool area; Satisfy needs and requests of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service.

Department: Sports & Leisure

Job Summary:

  • Greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
  • Distribute towels and mattresses in the beach/pool area;
  • Supervise the beach/pool area to ensure compliance with safety regulations;
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, configuration and security of all areas and facilities;
  • Satisfy needs of guests within the beach/pool area.
Requisitos laborales
  • Previous experience in customer service;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong sense of customer orientation;
  • Good appearance;
  • Driving license.

Education:

  • Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);

    Language Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Requisitos deseables

 Professional Experience:

Previous experience as pool attendant (preferably).

Salary to be agreed upon in the interview and taking into account experience and skills.
