Bauleiter/in Hochbau - international (Europa) Arbeitsort: diverse Arbeitsorte/ Constraction Manager for multiple locations
Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort mindestens einen versierten Bauleiter (m/w) für die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung und Überwachung von schlüsselfertigen Bauprojekten im Hochbaubereich (überwiegend Rohbauarbeiten) im europäischen Raum (aktuell vorrangig in England).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordinierung von Baustellen vor Ort
- Einhaltung von Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben
- Führung von Eigen- und Fremdpersonal
- Bestellung von Baustoffen und Verwaltung von Material/Geräten
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmen
Ihr Profil:
- Berufsabschluss als Bauingenieur /Techniker oder Meister
- Reisebereitschaft
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein: Fahrerlaubnis B PKW/Kleinbusse Kl. B (alt 3) Zwingend erforderlich

Construction Manager:
to strenthen our team, we are looking for a new Construction Manager. You will be responsible for the develpment and supervision of projects from the very beginning until the ready for immediate occupation stage. We are active in the whole european space, in the moment mostly in England.
Your tasks:
- coordination of the construction works on the building site
- responsibility for reaching the quality standards and meeting the deadlines
- personalmanagement
- ordering of constructionmaterials and supervision of the material and machines.
- coordination and cooparation with our subcontractors
Your profile:
- qualified building engineer
- willingness to travel
- good English
- drivers licence B PKW/Kleinbusse Kl. B (alt 3) : absolutely necessary
