MedAsia Group is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Bartender to join
its fantastic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be aware of the importance of Food/Beverage sales to meet the targeted Budget in order to assist Food and Beverage Servers in up-selling; Use up-selling skills in order to generate more revenue;
Guest Experience:
• Have a complete knowledge of the Menu, Wine List and any special Promotion, being
able to answer quest queries promptly and knowledgeably in line with the standards of the Hotel.
• Execute all beverage orders to the brand standards in a timely manner.
• Take orders in a professional manner, in correct sequence and using up-selling skills discreetly and according to the Hotel standards.
• Ensure that the correct change is given to guests upon receiving payment from guests.
• Have a good knowledge of beverages and beverage service.
• Provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service.
• Ensuring bar up keeping to the requested standard in line with the procedures set by the restaurant.
• Handle any customer complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all
resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to the Outlet Manager.

- Ensure that you and all reporting team members maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
- Assist the Outlet Management in maintaining and updating the departmental service standards manual.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of fire prevention and to ensure that staff follows the hotel evacuation procedures on hearing the alarm. Vacancy additional information
- Be security conscious with respect to guest, staff, and hotel property/welfare and to report suspicious circumstances to your Outlet Manager.
- Ensure the departmental area is maintained in a safe, hygienic, and presentable state and to report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to your Outlet Manager.
- Act on your responsibilities for Health and Safety at work. Keeping records of all staff training and cleaning schedules.
