Baker (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:
Artisanal production of fine baked goods and high-quality SOURDOUGH breads
Bakery organization and ordering
Collaboration with our chefs to produce our hearty offerings
Compliance with all hygiene regulations according to HACCP
Carrying out activities in the open bakery
This is what you bring with you:
Vocational training as a baker/confectioner (m/f/d) or Long experience as a baker in a bakery, knowledge of sourdough is beneficial.
Experience in artisanal bakery or production
Good knowledge of English
Noticeable passion for the baking trade as well as fresh and high-quality food
Barista experiance is an anvantage.
