Inviting applications for the role of an Accounting Service Desk Specialist with Dutch.
Responsibilities
· Answering questions from suppliers, clients, stores and solve internal queries in agreed time and according to working instructions
· Translate internal communication and outgoing correspondence, contact third parties in foreign languages
· Create reports connected to the Service Desk department
· Additional tasks related to Service Desk department
· Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
· Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
· Updating the working procedures periodically
· Ensure Key Metric’s and SLAs are met and service is delivered as expected
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
· Good Dutch skills
· Communicative level of English
· Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
· Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
· Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
· High motivation and willingness to learn
· University graduate
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
· Previous experience in Finance/ Accounting
