Psa gruops stellantis

I am working in stellantis pegeout Citroen. They make electric and Diesel cars .  Per day we creat the maximum numbers of cars is  1200.  We are working 3 shift operations mrg shift is 6am to 2pm and afternoon shift is 2pm to 10pm and night shift is 10pm to 6 am.  We are working in production line the production line is depends on other employees performance. Because one who make mistakes all parts are going to loss the car .  Tottaly we are working like machine
