Established for over 60 years, O'Donovan Transport (Cork) LTD offers a wide and varied transport service. Our award-winning family-run company works primarily with seafood, scrap metal, timber, aggregates, malt and animal feed stuff throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.
O'Donovan Transport (Cork) LTD whilst offering a general transport service, we are perhaps best-known for our expertise in the transportation of both temperature-controlled and bulk products. We offer transportation services to the Irish sea-food industry, offering a fresh and frozen unit load for delivery service for Irish producers throughout Europe focusing mainly on the French and Spanish markets. We offer a twice-weekly temperature-controlled groupage service to Irish seafood exporters to service the French and Spanish markets. This typically consists of a 24-hour delivery service to France and a 36-hour delivery service to Spain.
We are also bulk tipper specialists, operating throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe. We specialise in both National and International haulage of scrap metal material, timber, aggregates, bulk combinable crops, dry feed materials/ingredients and compound animal feeding stuffs. We are fully licensed with the NWCPO and the UK Environment Agency – we are approved waste carriers.
We operate a fleet of 50 modern and well-maintained trucks and a fleet of 95 purpose spec'd trailers employing 50 people
