We build wooden apartment buildings. The factory is based in the inlands of Northern Sweden. We have 4 very disinct seasons and temperatures vary from +30 degrees in the summer to -30 in the winter. This part of Sweden is very sparsely populated and wherever you go, you´re always close to nature.
Our way of building and the technology behind it is world-leading. We have an industrialized base of how we approach both the work in our factory and on our several building-sites. We work in smaller teams that is run by a designated teamleder that works toward goals set by the production.
For us, personal qualities are more important than education and experience.
We firmly believe that a mixed workplace is a healthy workplace.
