Job requirements

Your Responsibilities


Human Resources:
Responsibility for absence management and salary reviews
Management of external HR service providers in close coordination with management


Finance:
Review and control of financial transactions and monthly and annual financial statements
Preparation of regular financial reports and forecasts
Monitoring of the operating budget and ongoing expenses
Close collaboration with external accounting and tax partners


Legal and Administration:
Maintenance and management of the lobby register entry
Management of contractual relationships with external partners and vendors
Ensuring compliance with legal and internal governance processes


Organization and IT:
Optimization of internal administrative and office processes
Support with administrative and project-related tasks
Use and further development of digital tools such as Microsoft SharePoint

 

Experience


Completed degree in business administration, public administration, finance, or law, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in operations, finance, HR, or administration
Experience in working with external service providers
Knowledge of contract management as well as accounting and controlling processes
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint
Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
Strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English
High sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
