Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system requirements definition, analysis, allocation, and traceability (System Requirements Engineering).
  • Design and develop system architecture, including subsystem interactions and interface definitions.
  • Act as a technical interface between engineering disciplines (hardware, software, mechanical, avionics, etc.) across international teams.
  • Support system integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) activities in accordance with engineering standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in key System Engineering Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to technical planning, workload estimation, risk analysis, and progress tracking.
Job requirements
  • Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Mechatronic, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience  as a System Engineer in the aerospace, defense, or avionics industry.
  • Solid knowledge of international standards.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, Polarion).

  • Salary range: €54,000 - €66,000 per year (based on a 35-hour workweek, depending on experience)
