Job offer description
Areas of responsibility:
- rents accommodation units according to the established schedule
- conducts correspondence with guests
- guest check-in and check-out
- receiving complaints and resolving them
- providing information to guests
- manages reception documentation and documentation archiving activities
- charges for services and deposits means of payment
- communicates with other departments and submits the necessary reports
- performs all other tasks according to the order of the manager, and in accordance with his professional and other abilities.

Job requirements
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- SSS major: Hotel and tourism technician
- Experience in the same or similar jobs
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of two foreign languages is desirable
