Job offer description

Areas of responsibility:

  • rents accommodation units according to the established schedule
  • conducts correspondence with guests
  • guest check-in and check-out 
  • receiving complaints and resolving them
  • providing information to guests
  • manages reception documentation and documentation archiving activities
  • charges for services and deposits means of payment
  • communicates with other departments and submits the necessary reports
  • performs all other tasks according to the order of the manager, and in accordance with his professional and other abilities.

Job requirements

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

  • SSS major: Hotel and tourism technician
  • Experience in the same or similar jobs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of two foreign languages is desirable
  • great communication skills, kindness, focus on the guest
