Il Responsabile Risorse Umane si occupa di selezionare e coordinare il personale, svolgere colloqui conoscitici, assumere personale.  Si occupa inoltre di gestire il lavoro del personale assunto. Si occupa inoltre di mantenere stabili le relazioni interne tra il perosnale, occupandosi di risolvere eventuali problematiche.

Job requirements

-Previous experience in the same job / esperienza pregressa nella mansione

-Psychology degree/ laurea in psicologia del lavoro

-Dwelling place: close to workplace / domicilio vicino al luogo di lavoro

 

Nice to have
