Responsibilities
- Craft compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's unique requirements, ensuring a precise fit.
- Utilize online platforms and social media channels to source potential candidates, harnessing the power of digital networks.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from resume review and screening calls to arranging interviews and providing support to hiring managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment inquiries via phone and email, providing valuable guidance and information.
- Actively participate in global initiatives, contributing to projects like Employer Branding and Career Fairs, enhancing our talent acquisition strategies.
- Bring solid experience in recruitment or a related HR role, showcasing a deep understanding of Staffing & Recruiting processes.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring seamless interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in social media and professional networks, particularly platforms like LinkedIn, for effective candidate sourcing.
- Exhibit a results-oriented mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring the right talent fit for our team.
- Ideally, have experience in HR Information System administration, preferably with SAP Success Factors, demonstrating your tech-savvy approach to recruitment.
- Monthly gross salary starting from 1500 EUR, depending on skills and experience
