We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader for the area of hardware development in communication electronics. As a team leader you will be responsible for leading and controlling a competent team of hardware developers. Your responsibilities will include the design, development and validation of innovative and high quality solutions in communication electronics.



Your tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate the hardware development team
  • Development of innovative hardware solutions for communication electronics
  • Implementation of development projects including project planning and control
  • Development and optimization of processes and methods in hardware development
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
  • Collaboration with other departments, such as project management, software development and product management
Job requirements
  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in hardware development in communication electronics
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects
  • Good knowledge of common development processes and methods
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as high problem solving competence
  • Good understanding of cooperation with other departments and external partners
