• Handling all incoming telephone and written customer concerns 
• Advising and supporting customers on all aspects of the clothing range
• Contact person for orders, deliveries, returns, customer accounts and payment processing
• Checking and approving online orders

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English additional foreign languages desirable 
• Strong communication skills and first experience in customer service
• Confident handling of MS Office modules
