General Operative

Reporting To: Production Manager/Production Supervisor   

The Role: Work as part of the factory processing team producing meat to fulfil production targets on a daily and weekly basis. Essential to maintaining the maximum required line-speed

Key Responsibilities:            

• • Work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Meet production targets
  • Will be required to work across all areas of meat processing plant
  • Physical role with lifting and carrying techniques
  • Working on assembly line
  • Using tools and machinery
  • Other similar activities on site

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure time is managed effectively.
• Ensure all appropriate Health and Safety procedures are always implemented and adhered to
• Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, always maintaining confidentiality in respect of all company related matters and to prevent disclosure of confidential and/or sensitive information.
• To be aware of, implement and maintain all company policies and procedures.
