German Technical Support Service for Wacom

Our Client

Wacom supports creative customers across the world and offers solutions and innovations for interface technologies. Our client is providing service to customers from film and animation and auto-design as well as leading enterprises in medical, education, financial services and IT partners.

Your Position

As Technical Support Service Employee you will be responsible for effective and timely handling of Wacom product inquiries, processing sales transactions, managing post sales inquiries and technical requests, while providing an excellent customer experience.

You will be part of a team providing presale and post-sale support and service to existing and prospective customers. Together we want to make the result of each customer experience exceptional.

You will be:

  • Providing guidance and information for product inquiries and purchases;
  • Managing ecommerce order processes using Wacom systems and procedures;
  • Processing Return Merchandise Authorizations for purchases and service;
  • Diagnosing and resolve 1st level technical issues efficiently and professionally.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in written and spoken German (C1 level mandatory);
  • Good written and verbal skills in English (mandatory);
  • CRM or ticketing system experience (mandatory);
  • Proficiency in technical computer knowledge (Windows and Macintosh hardware and operating systems);
  • Active listening skills, logical problem solving ability, and attention to detail;
  • Associates Degree in computer technology (preferential);
  • Experience in a contact center environment  and technical support (preferential);
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications and exceptional typing skills;
  • Available to work rotating shifts between 08:00h – 17:00h.
