Job offer description
- First point of contact for users of our IT via telephone and ticket system
- Supporting users, troubleshooting and providing devices and services
- Answering user questions
- Independent and joint processing of various topics within the team as well as expansion of the knowledge database
- Forwarding of own and external suggestions for improvement to the appropriate departments
Job requirements
- Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL) or professional experience in the IT area; career changers with interest and IT affinity are welcome
- Experience in user and rights assignment is helpful
- Very good English and German language skills
- Good communication skills and enjoy working in an international team
- Motivated personality with perseverance, initiative, and customer orientation
