Job offer description
  • First point of contact for users of our IT via telephone and ticket system
  • Supporting users, troubleshooting and providing devices and services
  • Answering user questions
  • Independent and joint processing of various topics within the team as well as expansion of the knowledge database
  • Forwarding of own and external suggestions for improvement to the appropriate departments
Job requirements
  • Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL) or professional experience in the IT area; career changers with interest and IT affinity are welcome
  • Experience in user and rights assignment is helpful
  • Very good English and German language skills
  • Good communication skills and enjoy working in an international team
  • Motivated personality with perseverance, initiative, and customer orientation
