Type of Contract: Maternity Cover
Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Working hours available: 11:00 – 19:30 (Monday-Friday)
Main responsibilities:
- Performs accounts payable activities.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements, bank transactions and CRM reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Assists in financial analysis and reporting, as requested.
- Follows procedural manuals as needed. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting control and ISO rules.
Requirements
- Good technical skills.
- Background in finance/accounting is an advantage.
- Very good or excellent command of written and verbal English;
- Very good written and verbal communication skills;
- Computer literacy (Ms Office at least, MS Excel advanced knowledge is an advantage);
- Great attention to detail;
