HELPDESK - The profile is an advanced helpdesker/Sysadmin with experience in Asset management

Your mission:

  • Workstation provisioning with SCCM, phone installation
  • Management of stock, material in maintenance, inventory management for invoicing,…
  • Leaver/newcomer management (AD, Messaging, Acces management,..)
  • ITIL experience (Certification is better)
  • Experience with Mobile (Iphone, Ironport,…)
  • Basic on Microsoft server
  • Sharepoint experience
  • PowerShell to create Script

Your profile:

  • Language French/English (and German if possible)
  • Autonomous
  • Rigorous and experiences with ITSM tools as ServiceNow
  • Reactif and proactive
  • Good writer to answer clearly to users
  • Able to write technical procedure – Organised
