We recruit for our units in Algarve – Portimão

RESTAURANTE/BAR SUPERVISOR (m/f)

Participates in the management of material and human resources for its areas of activity – Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Mini-Bar – assisting in the organization and

coordination of day-to-day work in order to ensure the proper functioning of the service and the fulfillment of the requirements of the unit and the customer.

Profile:

– Secondary Education Diploma, preferably with technical/professional training in the Restaurant/Bar area;

– Minimum and proven experience of 2 to 5 years (eliminatory);

– Knowledge of IT in the user’s perspective: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Opera, Micros, SAP;

– Knowledge of Leadership, motivation and team management;

– Proficiency in English (eliminatory); Other Languages are preferential;

– Availability of schedules and to work in shifts
