As a part of the managementteam you will be leading the team on the floor. you will be working with KPI's and have a good way of handling things. You talk in a way that people want to work with you, but they won't be able to walk over you. You need to have confidence in your own doing. Work together with the other management to make the restaurant the best in Amsterdam! For Management trainee we want to see first how you work as a crew member for a small period, unless you have some experience. To become shift manager you need experience in this field.
As an GEL you will give that little bit of extra effort to make every guest feel special and giving them the best experience they can get!
