We are seeking high-quality customer service professionals to join us as HOSTS for the 2024-2025 winter season in Lapland. As a Host, you will perform a variety of tasks, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience throughout our guests' stay. You are a seasoned customer service professional, and customer satisfaction is your top priority. You will ensure that guests receive all necessary guidance, advice, and support to guarantee an unforgettable experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Your workdays will vary according to the needs and wishes of the guests, so you must be adaptable and capable of handling changing situations. Your role is responsible and requires you to take charge of various situations—guests rely on you!
You will receive comprehensive training for your role, but we hope you already have previous experience in similar customer service positions.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; other languages are considered a plus.
- Energetic and positive attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work in busy situations and solve problems effectively.
- Good teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
- Interest in Lapland tourism and winter activities.
