YOUKI - Product Owner - Crowdfunding Platform (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner and/or a budding Team Leader. This includes:

• Working in an agile (non chaotic) environment.
• Working in an international team (team language is English).
• Taking on the Product Owner role following Scrum for existing applications or applications being built from scratch.
• Optional: leading the solution architecture development (with blockchain technology as core component).
• Optional: lead the software development team.

  About the projects
  
  As YOUKI, we offer the opportunity to implement various software projects with a focus on sustainability. Most projects are started "from scratch", so there is a lot of freedom in the implementation. Technologically, we use the right technology for the right problem, so you can find browser-based portal solutions as well as mobile applications among our previous products.

• Are you excited by the idea of helping to build an international platform that actively helps to achieve the climate target of 1.5 degrees and also creates value for users?
• You have initiative and a desire to take responsibility in an international team and drive things forward.
• Are you interested in innovative business models at the intersection of cleantech, blockchain and fintech
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong team spirit
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience working in cross-functional teams as a Product Owner.
• You bring the willingness and ability to dive deep into technical topics to fully understand requirements.
• You have relevant knowledge in planning strategies and business cases for products.
• You are familiar with Product Owner relevant methods such as Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup and agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• You have practical skills in Jira, Confluence, and various plugins.
• As an innovative decision-maker, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Ideally, you already gathered some experience in mobile app development.
• A successfully completed university degree
