For our Fleet Analysis team in Service’s Diagnostic Center we are looking for additional Wind turbine Fleet Analysts who can assist us in analysing and optimizing our fleet of wind turbines. The Fleet Analysis team is like the rest of Diagnostic Intelligence working remotely on fixing issues on our wind turbines, thereby securing a minimized downtime for our customers. This is done from Service’s head quarter in Brande in close collaboration with the rest of the Service organization, R&D and the regional offices.

What are my responsibilities?

· Conduct Root Cause Analysis on the global fleet of wind turbines. I.e. Turbine surveillance, in-depth analysis, diagnostics and troubleshooting in order to optimize the performance of a particular site. Most of these diagnostics are done remotely from Brande. However, in some situations site visit is required in order to conduct the investigation together with the technicians and other expert onsite. · Report on the performance of different wind turbines platforms and focus sites. · Participate in the further development of hardware and software in order to improve our operations.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Ideally, you are a highly experienced turbine technician with a desire to utilize your extensive knowledge to take part in the troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of our fleet. · Alternatively: You have an academic background within mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g. specialized in converters) and have an interest in gaining a deep knowledge about the operations of our wind turbines. · You have an analytical and systematic approach to your work, leave no stones unturned and never give up before you have reached a conclusion and a solution has been found. You perform equally well when working independently and as part of a team. · You are familiar in working with Excel, SQL and Matlab, and are fluent in English – orally as well as in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
