Scope of the Role
To lead, manage, and develop the company’s international wholesale network of 11 warehouses across four countries, ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. The role focuses on control, system implementation, and process improvement. The manager acts as the key link between headquarters and local warehouse operations, introducing structure, standards, and discipline across all markets, and leading the opening of new wholesale warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Wholesale Chain Management– Oversee and improve the performance of all wholesale warehouses across countries, ensuring operational discipline, accountability, and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring – Define and track KPIs for each warehouse (sales, stock turnover, customer service, cost efficiency), preparing regular reports and improvement plans. Responsible for achieving operational and commercial objectives across the wholesale network.
- Business Development – Identifies and develops new market opportunities to expand the company’s global wholesale presence.
- Project Management – Support or lead cross-country projects such as warehouse expansion, reorganization, or system rollouts.
- Process Improvement – Identify weak points and inconsistencies; propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management & Development – Support local warehouse managers in performance development; promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Communication & Coordination – Act as a liaison between central management and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth flow of information and implementation of company initiatives.
- System Implementation – Lead the introduction, training, and full integration of CRM and management systems to enable visibility, control, and reporting across all sites.
- Operational Standards – Develop and implement unified procedures for warehouse operations, order handling, customer service, and reporting.
- Audits & Compliance – Conduct periodic audits of operations, inventories, and procedures; ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Reporting & Decision Support – Provide structured data and analysis to management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Higher degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing multi-site operations, preferably in wholesale, logistics, or retail chain management, including international coordination
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Spanish languages is an advantage - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, ERP or WMS
- Strong leadership and organizational skills across multiple locations
- Excellent understanding of business, sales, and logistics processes
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to introduce management systems (e.g., CRM, reporting dashboards)
