WEB/JAVA DEVELOPERS
You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit, responsible for the development of our product ‘Miles’ and implementation at the customers. This starts with requirements analysis; planning, budget- & time estimation; development in Java using all the latest methods and techniques; testing; organize handover to customer and provide the technical documentation.
You will be working closely with talented Analysts, Architects, Quality Control Specialists and Consultants in an open work environment. Together you realize a solution with focus on the end users. You will be involved in technical innovation, the realization of new ideas and solving complex problems.
You are a young graduate or an experienced web developer. You are passionate about innovative software solutions for business processes in a Java/JEE environment and development of Web applications. You have a thorough knowledge of Java Web Development and Java/JEE; knowledge of or experience with XML, JavaServerFaces, Primefaces, Google Web Toolkit and/or Databases (SQL, Oracle…) is a plus. You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
You are creative, responsible, pragmatic & flexible and have strong analytical skills. You take initiative and are a motivated team player. You work methodical and strive continuously for result and quality. You will share knowledge through constant interaction with teammates and coach less experienced Developers.

We offer an attractive salary package in line with your knowledge and experience: gross salary will be between 2000,- and 3000,- per month (+ vacation pay and 13th month) and a fringe benefits package including a company car, pension plan & health insurance.
