As a Chef at Stars and Stripes, you will work with the recipes provided by the brand to produce beautiful, eye-catching dishes that bring guests back again and again. As a part of a team of other talented Chefs you will do your utmost to achieve a sucessful service every day. In return we will try to make your work the best part of your day.
We expect that you to:
• Create quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow instructions and specifications
• Comply with the current nutrition, sanitation and safety standards
• Know how to prepare dishes for customers with food allergies/preferences
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience as a professional Chef, preferably in a similar type of restaurant as Stars and Stripes
• Thorough knowledge of different types of food preparation techniques and styles.
• Experience with preparing and grilling meat.
• Knowledge of service standards
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with other team members.
Salary: individual salary based on Swedish Genarl Agreement on wages. In addition of the salary you get paid extra for working on evenings and week-ends.
Type of contract: seasonal, start April-September with possibility of extension.
