Wattify - Senior Marketing Manager(m/w/d)
- Overall coordination, planning and execution of all (mainly digital) marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns and internal coordination e.g. with PR and UKomm.
- Planning and execution of online events and webinars, in collaboration with other departments.
- Monitoring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns with associated evaluation against targets (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and gain insights with corresponding optimization of spend and performance
- Design, build and maintain social media presences with a focus on the (B2B2C) FinTech sector while researching social opportunities
- Experience with LinkedIn and XING platforms, Instagram, etc.
- Responsible for brand monitoring, social listening and sentiment analysis.
- Collaborate with team to develop new and innovative growth/lead generation strategies
- Plan, execute and evaluate experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with other internal teams to create landing pages, microsites and optimize user experience
- Implement and adapt digital strategy, including during events and trade shows
- Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate and manage with agencies, freelancers and media experts to improve marketing results and campaigns
- Supporting our clients in terms of how best to present their projects on the platform

Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing or comparable qualification.

Relevant work experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, ideally in the (B2B) fintech sector OR in the platform environment and the related challenges

High level of creativity with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Proven experience in creating, leading, and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Experience identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate existing and/or potential customers

Confident in optimizing as well as automating landing pages, funnels, and workflows

Proficient in A/B testing and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Datastudio, SEMrush, others)

Familiar with setting up and optimizing social media ads and Google AdWords campaigns

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

HubSpot experience is a strong plus

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

Ideally knowledge of markets such as Asia or North America

Language skills: fluent in German and English
