- Welcoming and serving guests with food and beverages; setting up the dining area for service
- Taking orders, blocking orders, issuing and collecting payments
- Calculating daily earnings and money, specifying and handing over to the cashier
- Ensuring cleanliness and appearance of tables
- Independently handling simple guest complaints
- Communicative, friendly, and guest-oriented
- Desirable knowledge of two foreign languages
