Job description
We are looking for a skilled and talented waiter and a bartender. Both roles will be vital together with the restaurant team to develop new menues.
For the right candidate we will adjust and tailor the position.
Waiter and bartender:
Your job as part of the XL Group team is to make sure our guests have a pleasant experience in the restaurant.
Make the guests feel welcome and at home.
Part of your job description (depending on your role) will be: present the menu, take both food and drink orders, make sure guests have water and bread, follow up on guests,
Other daily tasks and follow the XL Group's values (collaboration, down to earth / casual, fun (creativity) and wholehearted).
We are looking for waiters with both a lot and less experience, a person who always has a smile on the face, spreads good energy and who likes to work at a high pace

Skills requirements:
Education, work experience, language, certificates etc.
We wish you have good communication skills, have a passion for food and wine, that you are inspiring as a teamplayer, that you enjoy spreading the joy for food and traditions and would be following up on our apprentices.
You should have certificate of apprenticeship or at least 5 years of experience
