Join Our Team in Lapland – Seasonal Wait Staff Wanted!

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the enchanting Lapland region? We are seeking enthusiastic cooks and wait staff to join us for the winter season. Our positions include both part-time and full-time roles, all of which are fixed-term contracts from mid-November to the end of April.

About Us:

Our hotel is nestled in the breathtaking Lapland landscape, offering a unique experience to both our guests and staff. We are proud to provide cozy shared accommodation options for our international team members coming from abroad.

Job Details:

As a member of our team, you'll be serving our guests in the heart of Lapland's winter wonderland. Your roles will be dynamic and vital, as you contribute to delivering exceptional experiences.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Contracts: Both part-time and full-time positions are available to suit your schedule.
  • Accommodation: We provide rental rooms in shared apartments for our employees from abroad.
  • Catering: Staff meals are available for your convenience, subject to a separate fee (graciously covered by you).

Christmas Extra Hands:

If you're available during the festive season, we're also looking for extra staff from around December 14th to January 10th. Join us in creating magical holiday memories for our guests.

Job requirements

Work permit in Finland is essential, no candidate without one can proceed in the hiring process.

Finnish hygiene sertificate, a hygiene passport is needed for most positions. Scandic will comp the price of the course for our employees, but the employee must organise the course end test for sertificate themselves.

Experience in the service industry and customer service work
