We are looking for tree planters for seasonal work (Timoforest Oy)
Timoforest has been providing individual forest management services from planting to felling in Northern Savo and Central Finland since 2002. Our customers include forest companies, municipalities, electricity companies, Metsähallitus and private forest owners.
We offer our expertise, experience and vision to our customers: an extensive training base and more than 30 years of experience in the forest industry, as well as cooperation with major players in the field, ensure that your forest is looked after by a professional. Every year, we carry out 800-1000 hectares of forest management work while respecting the environment.
Details about the job:
We are looking for tree planters for seasonal work (spring and summer 2023). As a planter your tasks include planting different types of trees in different terrains according to plans. The work takes place in the following locations: Pieksämäki, Keitele, Tervo, Rautalampi, Suonenjoki. These areas are paradise for nature lovers. The area has purest lakeside nature and the clearest air in the world!
Minimum requirements:
- It´s essential that you enjoy working outdoors and that you are in good physical condition.
- Previous planting experience is preferred but not essential.
- You will get an introduction to work tasks.
Salary:
The Salary is mainly contract salary or, depending on the type of work, hourly salary.
How to apply:
The application period ends on 15 April of 2023, but applications are reviewed already during the application period.
The start of the work depends on the snow conditions.
