Description

  • Dealing with passenger queries received via phone or email
  • Advising passengers on travel arrangements
  • Using a booking system
  • Meeting targets

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Finnish, also good command of English
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Competent IT skills
  • Well organized
