Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the HR Director and all heads of departments to support our ongoing projects and contribute to our growth trajectory.

As Training Coordinator, you will identify and assess current and future training and development needs of the organisation to design training and development programs based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs.

You will collaborate with the management team to assess and facilitate employee training needs and regularly consult with management to identify training gaps. Additionally, you will also ensure training and development programs are developed and implemented in a cost-effective manner.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience gained in a training/L&D role.
  • Successful track record of delivering engaging and relevant training programs.
  • Ability to develop training material and programs
  • Passion for Training and Development.
  • Willingness to travel if required but this would not exceed 25% of total working time on average.
