As a Touristic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and informative experience during their visit. You will work closely with our tour guides to provide support, manage logistics, and assist with various tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with an overview of the tour itinerary.
- Assist tour guides in coordinating and executing guided tours, ensuring the smooth flow of activities.
- Provide information and answer questions from guests regarding the facility and its activities.
- Help manage guest registration and maintain accurate records of attendance.
- Assist in organizing and setting up equipment and materials needed for tours.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of tour areas and facilities.
- Monitor guests during tours to ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any concerns.
Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driving license
- Good Knowledge of French and English

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
