Your responsibilities as Hotel or Airport Representative:
- Engage face-to-face with customers onsite
- Sell products and services tailored to guests' needs
- Assist in travel planning, answer queries, and provide directions
- Support guests with booking-related issues (alterations, cancellations, or new reservations)
- Ensure customer satisfaction
