For our Thermal Design Team in Technology in Brande we are looking for dedicated Thermal Design Engineer. As a thermal design engineer you will be a part of a multi skilled turbine project team, covering competences within mechanical design (CAD), mechanical calculation (FEM), bearing design, cooling design, test & validation, electro magnetic design and control. We aim for making integrated product development and our technical solution must minimize the lifecycle cost, taking safety, function, reliability, production, transportation, installation and service into consideration

What are my responsibilities?

· Specify and document thermal components like fans, coolers, heaters, pumps, filters etc. · Specify and manage thermal tests · Implement the thermal design in our production and at our suppliers · handling all documentation

What do I need to qualify for this job? ·

You have an educational background as a Mechanical Engineer, Marine Engineer, AP Graduate in Production Technology or similar · You may have experience within thermal design and thermal components · You are detail oriented and accurate · You have a systematic approach to your work tasks, and you make a robust planning of your work · You have knowledge of or interest in NX and teamcenter · You are driven by a true interest in mechanical design, and you aim for a high quality standard · You have a hands-on approach to your tasks, and you are comfortable with processes within a large organization · You thrive in a multicultural environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
