Job offer description

As a Weaving Technician, you will be trained to be responsible for performing maintenance work and repairing breaks on looms.
You will be responsible for:

  • Repairing machine breakages on the looms.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance work in the weaving mill
  • Correctly pressing stop and start codes
  • Carrying out all arrangements as it is described in the manuals of the looms
  • Maintaining all looms so that they comply with the Milliken maintenance system
Job requirements
  • You have a technical degree, preferably in mechanics, mechanical education (steel techniques),...
  • Experience is not required, we provide a training program that allows you to master the job as a technician step by step.
  • You are an inquisitive person with a hands-on mentality and strong technical insight.
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently.
  • You are willing to do shift work (2 shifts: 5h00-13h15; 13h15-21h30).
  • You are willing to be flexible in the job.
  • You are safety and quality conscious.
