What will you do?

  • Answer customer’s IT related queries
  • Provide technical support for issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process

What experience do you need?                              

  • Language fluency in German is mandatory. 
  • Experience in IT Services is good to have.  Candidates with basic knowledge of IT systems and the aptitude to learn will also be considered.
  • All candidates are required to have High School completion certificate
  • Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts
