For the Technical & Safety Training department at our global head office in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Technical Instructor. You will be part of a highly motivated team strongly committed to delivering high-level training. In addition to our department in Denmark, we have departments located in the USA, Germany and United Kingdom, with more to come

What are my responsibilities?

As a Technical Instructor your main responsibilities will cover: Instructing, based on modern learning principles and a positive learning environment Technical training internal and external parties both locally and abroad Staying updated on the quality system and the relevant processes and working in accordance with the quality system requirements Keeping up-to-date on technical knowhow and participating in development projects in cooperation with the Development and Training Project group In this position travel activities can be expected.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have a technical or electrical background (preferably from the wind industry) and are ready to utilize your knowledge in instructing others. Teaching experience is desirable but not a requirement. It is most important that you are motivated by standing in front of people and taking the instructor role. · You are a judge of character with a high tolerance towards other people. It comes naturally to you to navigate easily in a busy and dynamic environment where the situation changes from day to day. This calls for an analytical and structured approach to your work · In general, you demonstrate a “can do” attitude, are self-driven but also possess a great sense of team spirit. · Since the trainings are in Danish and English it is important that you are fluent in both languages – orally as well as in writing, Moreover, we expect you to be fully versed in the most prevalent IT applications In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
