TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

TET ESTEL is looking for Technical Director.

 Job description:

• Define the policy for technical development of the enterprise.
• Administer the enterprise's technical services;
• Manage project activities in cooperation with science and technology-based organizations and educational institutions;
• Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies in the effectiveness of new engineering developments;
• Take measures to ensure faster mastering of advanced engineering developments and the most up-to-date materials in the production and extensive use of scientific and technological developments;
• Supervise the preparation and implementation of plans for building a technical staff.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Degree in engineering; work experience in the development of converter equipment must not be less than 5 years;
• Work experience in the organization of design works and management of a team of engineers;
• Must be fluent in Russian and English;
• Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD and/or Inventor;
• Analytical and decision-making skills;
• Teamwork and social skills, stress resistance;
• Mobility skills and willingness to business trips;
