Then we look forward to welcoming you to the core of R&D development in Oticon’s Audiology & Embedded Systems Function.



Setting the direction and delivering innovative audiological solutions



In your role as team manager, you will be in charge of approx. 10 high skilled engineers who creates audiological solutions for our hearing aids - from design of acoustic measurements to end user testing.



The unit delivers innovative and groundbreaking audiological functionality and high quality algorithms, which are subsequently implemented in our embedded software. The team works with advanced signals processing algorithms. Hereby they provide a world leading hearing experience for our customers and users.



Overall, your main responsibilities include ensuring a strong pipeline of innovative audiological solutions, in accordance with our product road map and innovation directions. Furthermore, you ensure that program deliveries are executed timely and in accordance with the product road map.

Inspiring, motivating and emphatic leadership style – with roots in engineering



You have an engineering degree at MSc level. Most likely in the area of audiology or digital signal processing.

In addition, you have documented experience in developing and motivating teams with some experience in managing teams/groups in a R&D setting.
