Team Maintenance Supervisor (m/f)

The Maintenance Team Leader, reporting to the Head of Maintenance, Conservation and Technical Services, supervises the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance teams and activities, aiming to keep the buildings and equipment in proper working and operating conditions.

We are looking for an experienced, competent and dedicated professional to work in this critical area, in a new, challenging and ambitious cycle in order to consolidate our position as a major reference in luxury hospitality in Portugal.

To guide teams and carry out work in the following areas of intervention:

• Structural maintenance of buildings, interior and exterior;
• Maintenance of interior and exterior furniture;
• Maintenance of drinking water networks, hot and cold;
• Maintenance of wastewater networks;
• Maintenance of electrical installations;
• Maintenance of HVAC systems;
• Maintenance of PTs and Generators;
• Maintenance of industrial kitchens,
• Maintenance of thermal plants;
• Maintenance of drinking water and waste water treatment plants;
• Industrial laundry maintenance;
• Desalination group maintenance.

• Degree or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, or Degree or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering Thermodynamics Branch, or Degree or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Management;
• Professional experience in Hotel Maintenance;
• Mastering of Microsoft Office and Autocad;
• Mastering of Portuguese and English language;
• Drive licence;
• Ability to lead and manage teams;
• Ability to organise work autonomously and methodically
• Ease of interpersonal communication and teamwork;
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Sense of responsibility and pro-activity.
