Join Western Union Team Leader team as a Team Leader with Nordic language

The Team Leader is responsible for achieving employee, client and shareholder satisfaction through effective people leadership.



We will entrust you to:

  • keep motivation high by adapting the leadership style to individual needs
  • ensure high employee satisfaction and attendance
  • ensure that all members of the team meet targets consistently and become eligible for the Reward Fund
  • ensure and control CSR and group efficiency according to standards set up in each group or project
  • set up quality goals for the team, CSR, and skill level to meet and exceed Client and Transcom expectations
  • follow up on quality goals for the team, CSR, and skill level and to achieve them.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • knowledge of Western Union project
  • fluency in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish language
  • high personal energy and enjoy a dynamic environment
  • effective leadership skills impacting people behaviour including those that don't report directly to you
  • effective analytical skills to analyse results and make decisions based on facts and figures
  • inspire other people to reach their full potential.
