Job offer description
- Creation and implementation of requirements and specifications in the area of pedelec systems with a focus on electrical engineering
- Definition of system architectures considering different system variants, especially with focus on electrical system architecture and CAN communication
- Creation of test descriptions and independent execution of the required tests
- Execution of system analyses in the area of electrical engineering and CAN communication as well as coordination, derivation and implementation of possible optimization measures with the relevant departments
- Implementation and continuous further development of the documentation according to the V-model in a requirements management tool and SAP as well as networking with other tools accompanying the development process
- Coordination with the responsible persons (internal and external) of all affected components regarding comprehensive work packages
- Evaluation of concepts with regard to feasibility, time and cost expenditure
- Collaboration in the optimization of processes and interfaces
- Support in the development of a system variant strategy and establishment of a change management process
Job requirements
- Successfully completed engineering studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of systems engineering of mechatronic systems and in the creation and maintenance of electrical system architectures
- Sound knowledge of CAN communication, CAN analysis tools and diagnostics of ECUs, as well as in performing system analyses and bug fixing
- Sound knowledge of methods in system structuring
- Initial experience with functional safety standards (Machinery Directive, ISO26262 or related standards)
- Good to very good knowledge of German and English
- A high level of results orientation and analytical thinking
- Motivation and ability to work in a team
