At Sitel in Copenhagen, we are currently looking for customer service advisors who are fluent in Swedish, and who are able and willing to do support on the best products within treatment of diabetes on behalf of our client – a global company who is leading in the diabetes health care industry.

About You

You will have to deliver an exceptional support and service of the best diabetes health care products on the market over phone and email to product users who contact us with questions on function, handling orders, or any other enquiries. 

 

The product range is versatile, always of impeccable quality, and is the result of relentless innovation with the sight of helping users be as healthy and living as good a life as possible. To complement the quality of the products, we have to ensure the service accompanied live up to the highest possible standards.

Workplace, Contact and Applying

The workplace is Sitel’s office in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen 2-4 in Copenhagen. Working hours on the Swedish line are Monday to Friday from 08:00-18:00 and we are looking to fill fulltime positions, which equals to 37 hours a week.

 

Salary is DKK 18.290 per month (SEK 25.275) and in addition, Sitel pays an amount that equals 6 % of the monthly salary to a Free Choice Account every month. Furthermore, Sitel pays the amount that equals 8 % of the monthly salary to a Pension Plan every month and as an employee, you pay 4 % yourself.
